Q165 - Banditry Woes I

With the recent bandit attack on the festival, it's evident that a new group of bandits have moved into the area.  They seemed decently organised, so probably have set up a base somewhere.  Travellers aren't unusual to Braylong, as people filter in to escape Sudenburg or try and find their riches in the foothills of the World's Edge Mountains, so some of the bandits may have already been inside the town, scoping it out.  The Keepers of Lecai were able to find the bandit's base, holed up in one of the old Outlander's buildings.  Offers of clamancy were rejected and after a brief battle, the bandits lay dead.

Objective - Find the bandit's base of operations by moving a Raiding Party in or through the secret hex.
