Champion of Braylong

The Champion of Braylong artefact is more of a title then a physical artefact.  The owner of this 'artefact' is considered the 'best' fighter in Braylong and it is a very prestigious title.  Previous owners include Dominius Brutavali of the Bloodstained Legion.

Owners - Captain Balthazar Laine of the 1st Regiment.

Effect - Owner's warband gains +2 Fate resources per Virtual Game turn.  Anyone can challenge the owner to a 1v1 duel for the Champion of Braylong title, but the owner MUST only accept if the challenger has a Token of Challenge.  The owner may delay any challenge for up to 5 minutes to allow them to get healed or take a break.  The only stipulation for this duel is it must be 1v1 and neither combatant can use the Veil spell.  The winner of the duel wins the Champion of Braylong title.
