Collar of Khorne

This spiked leather collar bears the mark of one of the dark gods of Chaos and it is only worn by those dedicated to it's will.  It was found by the Bloodstained Legion curiously in their hold after they razed the Hall of Aspiration and scattered it's rabble-rousing inhabitants to the winds.  The collar makes the wearer totally immune to magic, both harmful and beneficial, for Khorne despises all wizard and their craft.  Side effects also seem to be an increase temper and lower inhibitions.  The wearer may not certain people seeing them wearing it though, as the mark of Chaos does not look good.

Owner - Talhass of the Bloodstained Legion.

Effect - The wearer of this artefact is immune to all magical attacks as well as magical healing.  They also cannot use any spells themselves.
