Mountain Lion Cape

This cape, made from the pelt of a massive mountain lion hunted in the mountains above Braylong help the wearer shrug off massive blows that would kill a normal person.  It is made is an elven fashion, and the first such cape seen in Braylong was seen on Val Amastacia of the Vari, before they vanished from Braylong.

Effect - The owner of this cape is able to ignore the first hit from an Epic Creature/Monster per life.  The second hit will still cause death.
