Otterstrider Boots

These soft supple boots are made from the skins of river otters that are sometimes seen floating on the Trobla River and then enchanted with the magic that pools deep inside the Sage Forest.  It's unknown whether or not Jameson made these boots themselves or happened to come across them but they were lost when the former leader of the Sage was killed by the Necromancer Himms.  The boots were never found with their corpse.

Effect - While worn, these boots allow the owner to cross over a single water obstacle once per day.  They must stay in motion to cross the obstacle and cannot attack until both feet are back on firm ground.
